Is the visit from the Energy Klusser free?

Yes, the visit is completely free. The Energy Helper also installs products free of charge, such as LED bulbs, draught excluders and radiator foil. All of this is made possible by your local council.

Hoe vraag ik een Energieklusser aan?

You can currently request the Energieklusser if you live in Rozenburg, Hoogvliet, Hoek van Holland, Pernis or Rotterdam Zuid (Charlois). You can register via the website of Rotterdam municipality, or by telephone on 085 124 8906 or via groen@kringpower.nl if that is easier for you.

I have signed up, how long will it be before I receive a notification?

After submitting the registration form, we will call you within 5 working days to schedule an appointment.

Can I schedule an appointment? I'm often not at home.

Yes, that's possible. We understand that you're often not at home during the day. That's why our Energy Technicians also work on Saturdays and until 7 PM on weekdays. Please contact us on 085 124 8906 or groen@kringpower.nl, and we'll schedule a time that suits you.

How do I recognise the Energy Advisor at the door?

Our Energy Technicians are recognisable by their green clothing with yellow Kringpower lettering: in summer they wear a polo shirt, and in winter a jacket. They will always show you a work pass and ID, and you will receive a letter in advance to inform you of their visit. If you are still in doubt, please feel free to call us on 085 124 8906.

How long does the visit take?

A visit takes an average of 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the size of your home. Do you have more questions or is more work needed? Then we will simply schedule extra time.

I would like to give a compliment about my Energy Saver, how do I do that?

That's lovely to hear! You can pass on your compliment by calling 085 124 8906 or emailing groen@kringpower.nl. We will pass this on to the relevant Energy Worker.

Is the Energy Klusser also for owner-occupied homes?

Yes, the Energy Klusser is available for both rental and owner-occupied properties. You can have measures such as LED lamps, draught excluders and radiator foil installed free of charge, provided you meet the conditions. Check your situation using your local council's application form.
